The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked into the lobby, in the elevator, and halls. Which is weird considering the entire facility is supposed to be non-smoking. This bothered my asthma so bad with how heavy the smell was. The room smelled musty like old dried water or something. They did not have “grab and go breakfast” like it mentioned when booking and in the email I got with information on the hotel. The bathroom was horrible. Nasty. I used the rags and towels to clean room and could not get replacements. Lobby closes at about 11pm nightly. Breakfast was advertised but not provided

There is no breakfast as mentioned in expedia. Not even a coffee machine is present. very horrible place. Very very old and some unpleasant smell from room.

I was genuinely shocked at what they found “normal I booked a stay on Tuesday June 4 and Wednesday the 5th at this Extend Stay. I want to preface this with the fact that I have stayed at at least 4 other branches. I have NEVER complained nor have I ever witnessed such BIZARRE and unsanitary conditions. Tuesday afternoon I was walking barefoot on the carpet while I unpacked my clothes and watched a movie, it wasn’t until I was going to the bathroom and noticed that my feet were absolutely black and FUZZY.
