Blah….just blah The hallway looked like someone just dropped their trash as they walked down it. The bathroom had a strange odor. If I was staying for more than one night I would have probably asked for another room but I was able to handle it for a night.

I arrived before the normal check in time and was offered a room at that moment. It allowed me to settle in early and enjoy time with family without having to drive back to the hotel to check in. Certainly above and beyond.

Just OK On the plus side, the room was modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. On the minus side, I had to wait for at least five minutes for someone to show up to staff the check-in desk. Also, after the desk clerk described the free breakfast (minimal) and indicated it was served on a tiny (2 by 3 feet) side table in the lobby, I decided to just skip it and went to Starbucks instead. I was stranded by another hotel close by and the staff member at the desk at 10PM worked with Expedia to get me a room. I couldn’t ask for more help! The room itself needed a deep clean, and I didn’t realize a coffee machine would not be in the room (I think it’s common at an Extended Stays?). I would stay again here, though, because the service was so helpful.
