Not Bad But Not Great. Decent For Monroeville. I booked Extended Stay America based on price, proximity to where I needed to be and reviews. Overall, I'm not disappointed: parking is free, it's close to the highway, my room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The staff was hard to pin down, though, I had to wait a while for the front desk person to get back from...somewhere, who knows when I got there to check in. Property was clean, but room did not look like it did in the pictures--it was a little outdated and small. First staff person I encountered at check in was not helpful, and seemed like she could care less if I was there or not. Staff person who came on at 3 was much more pleasant and helpful.

Choose another property This hotel is advertised as breakfast included - not true - grab-n-go granola bar or instant oatmeal is not breakfast included. Not one ice machine on premises you need to make your own ice in the room which takes all day. Spend a little more and go to a different hotel.
