It was ok. Didn't have room service. Don't know if that was because it was my first time or not. There was a lot of noise during the stay between other guests and construction. Was supposed to have a queen sized bed and slept in a full size one.

The "Breakfast". The room was clean, no issues there. The "breakfast" was a disappointment, if I had known it consisted of only chocolate muffins and granola bars I would have booked room at another Hotel. Having breakfast at a hotel saves time when travelling long distances and gives a good foundation for the rest of the day. We Will not stay at this hotel next time.

Holiday Weekend Problem when I returned to the hotel after 11pm and my key card would not open the front door. I had to go around the building to another door for my key card to work and let me in.

Pitter Patter of feet! My stay this time was not a restful one. I was given a 2nd floor room & the 3rd floor room above me sounded like a track meet was going on until 3am. I really thought the noise would have died down by 11pm or I would have asked to be moved to another room. I will make sure to take prompt action to be moved to another room in the future

Nice hotel, close to where we needed to be. The first night our key lock battery died. After 4 trips to tell them our key got us in the side door but not our room did they come up to check. They realized we needed a new battery to use the key card. The desk person didn't know how to fix so we had to wait a total of 30 minutes for another person to change. Then 2 days later our keys were deactivated. I went to get activated again. Got in the room. My husband then got his reactivated. Mine didn't work again after that because ... read more
