Very please staff upon arrival. Our room was disgusting! Stains on carpet and stains and dirt the only chair in the room which was a desk chair. Toilet wouldn't flush. No hot water to take a shower. The stove burners were rusty and gross. There was grease and Good only knows splattered up on the kitchen wall behind the stove and sink. The outlet covers in the kitchen and bath where cracked and broken and stained with dirt. The pillows provided had stains on them. Slum hotel with bugs. First impression, the hallways smelled bad. Second the room was really gross looking. Imagine a frat house at the end of the semester. Carpet was stained and soiled. We stayed two awful days because I paid ahead. My neck hurt from the flat pillows. Shower was sometimes warm. We all left with bug bites that were probably bed bugs. I'll never stay there again.

The room was up to date and clean. The price was very good. Unfortunately, there was an apparent homeless woman in the lobby when we arrived and a homeless man entered the elevator and asked us for something, we assumed money. My wife did not feel safe to walk alone to our truck in the parking lot.

I don’t know how it was rated 7.2, in my opinion it was 2.2. The facility stinked, it was outdated and to the point of breaking
