Poor The carpet floor and washroom are dirty. The linens show sign of overused. The furnitures are out dated. The breakfast is also not good.

To begin, the staff was A , and smooth check-in, The website pictures do not match the actual booked room. A coffee maker was available by request, but one not included in the room. The entire room was outdated. The beds were quite uncomfortable, cheap & flimsy bedding, flat bed pillows, no carpeting at all. Was quite disappointed in our overall accommodations, but thankfully we were there for only one night!!

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room smelled awful, it had a very strong rancid grease smell like noone had ever cleaned the grease trap above the stove. Everything we brought in smelled like this when we left. Also the window was rigged so that it didn't close completely, leaving about 2 inchs for bugs to get in, no screens either. Although we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was prevelant in the hallways. The room was clean, but no ammenaties unless you called for them, ie, coffee maker, hair dryer. No ice machine anywhere. The grounds were dirty and unkept and there must be people living in the hotel and they were just hanging around the lobby and outside entrance makin it uncomfortable, like I was staying in someone else's house. The dumpster was full to overflowing. I would not stay here again.

Bathroom was clean but the floors and carpet were disgusting. Maid service every 2 weeks is plain wrong. I'll never stay at Extended Stay again.

Very poor condition of the property and rooms. Inconvenient “policies” such as needing to order basic things like cups, utensils, and other kitchen items. Vending machines are disgustingly overpriced!! $4.00 for a 16 oz bottle of water?!? The AC unit was grossly in need of cleaning (vent filters). Kitchen floor was sticky. Halls smelled of fried fish. Poorly lit everywhere. Minimal tv channels.

Liked - the bed was comfortable. Did not like - dirty floor and refrigerator, no dishes and when provided, no bowls were included and frying pan was unusable, noisy street just outside window. No maid service unless in room for 14 days or paid extra. Overall, not worth the price.
