Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms however were substandard. The windows were very hard to open and close, the paint on the walls were chipped in several areas, and there were dead bugs on the window sills that appeared to have been there for quite some time. So-called "breakfast" was a joke and they don't even have an ice machine. The only reason I stayed was the price and it's close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. While the inside was clean, the outside property had garbage all in the tree line and the dumpster was overflowing. Even though we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was abundant in the hallways. It seems that there were people living in the hotel and hanging around outside by the main entrance and the lobby and just generally giving the hotel a weird vibe, like you were staying at someone's house and interrupting them. I have to say, that I would not stay there again.
