It was a good experience Only problem I had was someone hair was on the bathroom floor it was in the shower and stuck on the shower curtain. Other than the hair problem we had no complaints very clean and quiet I was able to do some schoolwork Staff was very helpful and pleasant

I want to start off with the good aspects of the hotel. The staff I encountered were all beyond friendly as were the people that were staying there. That being said the pricing for this place was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. The room was outdated as were most of the amenities in it. The walls were chipped and scratched, the doors were dirty as was the shower. The AC in the room was set at 58 which was very odd and very cold. The linens and towels were clean and the bed was fine. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Rooms however were substandard. The windows were very hard to open and close, the paint on the walls were chipped in several areas, and there were dead bugs on the window sills that appeared to have been there for quite some time. So-called "breakfast" was a joke and they don't even have an ice machine. The only reason I stayed was the price and it's close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
