The property needs a new coat of paint here and there. I also saw a few small roaches in our bathroom, so the place needs to be fumigated. Other then that, it fulfilled it's function.

Average room. Cleanish, but a bit dingy. Bears the scars of having been a cheaper flop at some point. Cheaply refurbished kitchenette and bath. Room smelled like smoke. About what you'd expect for $100.

Not kidding, waited 10 mins for someone to show at the front desk so I could check in. There was 1 employee that was working on a iPad and kept calling to someone in the laundry room and telling me to "wait a minuet, wait a minuet". Finally a staff member pushing a laundry bin arrived and I was able to check in. The "grab and go" breakfast was lacking. A couple of tiny muffins and a granola bar.
