Francess The customer service waa great and the frint desk rep Zee was truly a nice addition and very friendly with all customers. The bed after a few days showed its age and the complimentary kitchen ware was unavailable, so maybe next time I will call the extended stay to see if things are available or not. I enjoyed being close by the freeway and ro a lot different foods an entertainment.
