Exceptional Customer Service I booked the room pretty late at night, when I arrived at the property I had to wait for the person at the front desk, he was on his break. It's now after midnight and myself and another guest were told we would have to wait until the night audit was done and it could take anywhere from an hour or two. Long story short, David the gentleman at the desk was able to accommodate my reservation and I did not have to wait.

While the bed was very comfortable, the rest of the property could use an update. No hair dryer, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. The kitchenette sink was rusted. The bathroom had peeling paint. If it hadnt been so late when we arrived, we would have gone to another hotel.
