Clean & comfy Overall the room was clean, had a kitchenette, bed was clean and comfortable, I gave 4 stars only because there was hardly any hot water. I mentioned to the front desk at check out which they refunded $19 back to me which was very kind and unexpected.
Exceptional Customer Service I booked the room pretty late at night, when I arrived at the property I had to wait for the person at the front desk, he was on his break. It's now after midnight and myself and another guest were told we would have to wait until the night audit was done and it could take anywhere from an hour or two. Long story short, David the gentleman at the desk was able to accommodate my reservation and I did not have to wait.
