Forced to move because of noise. Although the staff were polite and friendly, I was forced - my entire week stay - to listen to non-stop stomping and pounding on the ceiling above me. I felt as if the tenants above were about to come crashing down on me, and this was all day, all night- with no reprieve. I was woken up out of a deep sleep numerous times, and i often had to yell above the banging to be heard. My dog was scared bc of it, and started hiding under the bed. He has NEVER done that. They don't have hangers or cups in the rooms. This is so focused on long term lodging, a normal overnight hotel user is going to be disappointed.
