Lowest Price pros : reliable breakfast as described. easy parking pet friendly Good location Lowest Priced, more honest than non brand name hotels nearby (ex. pleasant hill inn) cons: sheets itch, no maid service (all extended stays), hallway smelled like smoke, room had a terrible odor. Garbage room smelled terrible, was overpacked.

Think about it first! If you are desperate and need a place to stay - this would be the place! I will not be staying here again...the walls are very thin, the place smells of smoke and it is not the cleanest hotel.

Over all, I would say our stay was pretty good. We arrived a little late, but had no problems checking in. The hotel seemed a little older than some I've stayed in before, but was still acceptable. The parking was free, which I prefer over having to pay for parking like some of the others in the area. And they did provide a free breakfast (Fruit, muffins, coffee, etc.) in the morning.

Fresh and new built. I would definitely stay here again. The only hiccup was getting wifi in the rooms. They had an 800 # to call for help, but even then it took him almost an hour to figure out the problem, which was on his end. Nobody wants to spend an hour when they are exhausted doing that. But other than that, it is a functional, clean and easy place to stay. And I definitely would stay there again. It is fresh and new built compared to other hotels in the area.

Perfect base to get out and do things This hotel is cheap and cheerful, though the decor needs updating. I was put into a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room which was disappointing
