Never Again! There was a black hair on the bathroom counter at checkin, one of the ice cube trays had old dried food in it.

not for business unless your boss is cheap broken, dirty, little to no service, couldn't even checkout or get a receipt at 6:30 am.

Not happy! We arrived on Friday night and we had no hot water. The toilet seat and toilet was dirty. When I called to report that there was no hot water, I was told there were no other complaints. The next morning I spoke to the staff and was told that after I called more calls started coming in with the same problem. Yesinia the staff on duty was working very hard! Trying to help everyone. I won't stay here again. When I entered the lobby for the first time, the place had a smell of some kind of cleaning agent that reminded me of a hospital. When I got to the room, there was no TV remote and no phone. I had to ask the person at the front desk for them. Later I asked where the ice machine was located. She said there is none and to use the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. Then I told here there were no ice cube trays in the refrigerator. She then got me a '"dishes package" that had ice cube trays and dishes. ... read more

Labeled as White Hillbilly I am still reeling from my experience there. Came in with my family and pet. The fair was in town and most of the guests were either working or attending the fair. The front desk immediately labeled us as "fair people" and were treated like second class citizens. Our pool entrance key was suddenly not working during our stay, and we were given attitudes by most of the staff. Rude, condescending staff, labels you as hillbilly Our stay at first was fine until the front desk decided to label us with the County Fair guests. Daily we were called our room number and "oh those Fair people". Our pool cards were denied access as well as being treated like second class citizens.
