Poor quality No business center, terrible breakfast. Hallways stink of smoke.
the receptionist was rude and unorganized
The sheets had hair,.. and the furniture pretty old ...also there was roached in the room i had to leave 2hours after check in because also the room smelled

The staff and I read your comments about your stay with us. Please accept our apologies on the uncleanliness and condition of your room. This is unacceptable. Our staff will be receiving additional training on cleaning and prepping rooms accurately for guests. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
Bare essentials only. Bare essentials only with a very sterile environment. Our room was cramped, poorly laid out. There were no dishes, coffeemaker etc. set up without a phone call. The surrounding location is great, however, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.
Violation of Personal Space This is not the first time I stayed at the extended stay in Pleasanton. However this will be the most memorable one... Apparently, according to the manager there was a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of my room. She decided to handle that by calling the police who came into my room for a welfare check. i had a few people come on by but nothing that could be even remotely be referred to as foot traffic. I had a very bad experience. The hotel does not provide any coffee, glasses or cups in the room. You have to specifically ask for it. I checked in at 9:00 PM and the complementary coffee maker and utensils and plates arrived at 10:30 PM. But still no coffee creamer or sugar or sweetener. By 11:00 PM I got the sweetener but still no creamer. The breakfast muffins are pre-packaged and terrible. There is no coffee at any other time except in the morning.
No soap or bath towels. Ice machine not connected or working, found ice-cream sandwich jammed in ice maker. Stove torn apart. Couldn't get WIFI working. Room okay for size and bed comfortable. Good thing we didn't need the other stuff.
Bad
The worse extended stay I have ever been. I reserve 1 king non-smoking and 1 queen-non smoking about 1 week prior. but when I went to check in I was given both queen and when I asked why that happened she said because my system shows that but it did not she had made the changes and I even showed her my reservation and the type of rooms I had reserved and then she said we are out of king rooms.
