Interesting We arrived and had to ask for sheets then make our own bed. We stayed two nights and not once did the room get refreshed or cleaned. Smoke smell permeated the third floor and entry, although we stayed on the second floor we could smell smoke. Second floor smelled like catsup. Beds were not comfy. The front desk person was nice. I felt sorry for her. Breakfast was nice, small but oatmeal was perfect. Great location for a soccer tourneyand quick food, subway and Starbucks walkable. 1 The room was clean and comfortable until I discovered thatthere were cockroaches in my room! It was gross.

Horrible customer service Customer service was really bad. not friendly at all. we tried to checkout one day with 24 hours notice, they refused to check us out. We already left one day before the booking date and still charged us for one day we did not stay.

Older hotel Got a smoker,s room instead of non smoking room. Room carpeting was old and soiled with stains. Furnishing was old, The only thing we found in the Kitchener drawers was a dirty ashtray. No cups, no utensils, no tower.

Poor accomadations. I booked the room to sleep 4; the accommodations were a full size bed and a pull out couch. The couch had no sheets or blankets or pillows when i asked front desk they only had 1 blanket and sheets no pillows available. i had the room for 2 nights; upon return after night 1 the room was not cleaned, extra pillows and blankets were not given and no towels had been replaced. Centrally located Was not told at check in that they did not service the room or replace towels. Had to take an armload of towels through the lobby to the front desk and walk to the laundry and was handed replacements. Not a problem but wished I was told in advance.

Smoking room with no option to change! I was booked in a smoking room. Never was I informed that it was even a pissibility to be put in a smoking room. They had no other available rooms and I was forced to book a different hotel without receiving a refund for not staying.
