Rip Off Made arrangements with hotel.com to stay an extra night several days before my reservations. After arriving I got a call a couple days later that I will have to pay their rate and not the one that hotel.com quoted. The rate was $50 more than expected.

Just ok It's ok for a night stay. The hair drier was not working. I have to request it but nothing was provided

I can't believe that only one staff member is kept on duty after a certain hour in the evening up until 7am. Our room never received the once a week cleaning. I had to take our dirty towels and exchange for clean ones. Some of our friends staying there at the same time could not get kitchen supplies because there wasn't any left. We had to get our room keys reactivated many times. The complimentary breakfast bar was a joke.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Room was ill equipped for cooking!! Had to ask for utensils and cups. TV turned off when rotated. Wi fi did not work.

Disappointing experience never to be repeated Good first impression as we pulled up to the property. All down hill after that. Our bed had no sheets, blankets or pillows so the wiener went to another room and pulled all the bedding from there. There were 4 of us so we needed to ask for another set of bedding. The toilet seat fell off and the air conditioner wouldn't stabilize (it kept randomly going up and down) huge pieces of plaster was peeling off. OK stay... there are better options within 1/4 mil Internet at this hotel sucks and when you do get it, it is very very slow. The room itself was nice, had a 2 bedroom queen quite. Since there are kitchens, there were lots of odd and strong cooking smells while staying there. The kitchen has no plates, cups, etc... you must ask for them at the front desk. There is no daily maid service... if you need new / clean towels you exchange them at the front desk. The daily free breakfast was very poor... some water, oatmeal, fruit,... read more

Ok hotel We had reserved a king size bed for our room, but apparently they didn't have one. The person at the desk told us that Expedia and other travel sites don't really guarantee rooms like that and that they couldn't help. Room was clean but most of the lights were unplugged for some reason and the hair dryer was broken and sparked when my wife tried to use it. Very few amenities The room had a sofa bed. When I asked for the bedding all they had were sheets. No blankets. Very limited continental breakfast and it is the same everyday. No ice machine at the hotel. No pen or paper in the rooms. Ash trays are placed right beside the rear exit. Very heavy smoke smell by the rear doors. Finally, the A/C in the room was leaking.
