Friendly staff, hotel maintenance not up to par Key locks to front entrance was broken, had to call to get back into hotel after hours. Key lock to exercise room also didn't work. No water or sanitizing sheets available in exercise room.

Dirty, rude, never again. I had to call for a can opener, which was fine, it happens. But then an hour goes by so we had to go downstairs and get it. The Mexican chick behind the counter that everyone always complains about forgot about us. We booked a smoking room, but when we got there they gave our room away. Disappointing for an Extended Stay Hotel Extremely disappointed with coffee, muffin and an apple only, "to get the day started" as quoted by staff. Would never stay there again for the price.
Underwhelming No room service whatsoever and I was told when I checked in that they don't offer it; would've been nice to know upfront as I wouldn't have stayed there. They claimed to offer breakfast but that was misleading as all they offered was coffee, muffins and packets of oatmeal.
If you have a choice ... don't stay here! My room was large in size with a full kitchen. Problem was that some neighbors of mine had cooked something that smelled terrible and it stunk my room up badly. I also had a couple across the way verbally fighting the entire night. I complained but they never quit so I don't know if management ever tried to get them to stop. My shower looked like someone poured a cola in it and didn't clean it, so I had to. The bed was good ... Pretty much that's about it.

Low price reflected in the quality. This is a non-smoking/smoking hotel. I had a non-smoking room which reeked of smoke. I shut off the AC, opened the window, and ran the bathroom vent to get some air. It still wasn't enough. My eyes were irritated after being in the room for a couple hours. It seems if you smoke, this is the place to be.
