It was a complete dump. I am never staying here again. The staff there is rude and they look like the have attitude. Overall terrible customer service. Was booked into a room that someone was already staying in. Poorly managed.

Smelly Room I reserved a non smoking room, when I checked in they gave me a smoking room. I requested a different room and they said they were short on non smoking room and they couldn't move me. When the room got hot and stuffy and we turned on the air conditioner it intensified the smoke smell. When we left we smelt like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner had garbage and peanuts in the vent. The toilet seat was loose. I was very disappointed in this hotel and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is in a quite area I had booked a non-smoking room and when I arrived to the hotel I picked up the room key and went inside the room it was a smoking room. I went downstairs to the receptionist and she said that she can't switch my room and whenever I book through Expedia there's no guarantee of non-smoking room. I had her see my reservation for non-smoking and she still insisted not to change the room for me.

Pleasanton Extended Stay America This hotel needs to be renovated. The amenities are obviously dated and in need of repair. There were several things in the room (flooring) loose, etc. Additionally, the hotel does not have daily room service. Staff should ensure every guess realizes that via initials on the check-in agreement. The hotel also need to have some type of process for collecting soil linen and a better location or process for trash collection because the halls were often foul smelling.

Smokers haven My room on the first night of my stay was terrible. The room smelled of a smokers lounge. The staff brought me air freshener to use but it only masked the odor. I was told they had no other rooms to move me too. On night 2 they moved me to a better room that did not smell like smoke. The hotel is definitely not more than 2.5 to 3 rating the overall appearance and cleanliness was lacking. The location was important to me.

dirty bathroom. mean staff you can book better hotel then this. horrible staff. no wifi. I found get better deal. it was noise all night could not sleep. no breakfast.
