Best price in area Things went good overall. Complaints are the staff was unwelcoming all business, continental breakfast was coffee, bars, and muffins. Need water to drink. Wifi was not letting my device connect.
Run Down and Reeks of Cigarettes First the positive... The king size bed was really comfortable. The staff was very nice. The refrigerator worked to keep our milk cold. The window was open a bit, helping mitigate smells which weren't too bad (in the room). The heater worked to keep the room from getting too cold with the window open. Minimal services were available. every Housekeeping only provided every 8 days. Breakfast was very minimal...oatmeal and granola bars. Room was okay. Staff cordial but at times difficult to reach.

Can use some updating! This place could use some attention, it's rough around the edges as far as interior look, feel and cleanliness.
One Night Stay Overall, a good one night visit to area for soccer tournament. The hotel had accessibility to the major highways and roadways. The hotel stairwell needed vacuuming and the electric lock on door to upstairs entry did not work.

Centrally Located in Pleasanton We were a late check-in (9:30pm) and upon opening the door to our room, we were presented with an extremely strong smell of East Indian curry. I enjoy eating a variety of cuisines and do like the taste of curry however, that is not the first odor I enjoy smelling when entering my hotel room.
