Good, but could have been better. Room was very good. Free breakfast was average, except coffee was exceptional. Surrounding area outside of building was quiet and very safe. 2 major complaints were the TV remote was not the same one as in the instruction on the TV. Therefore the features like watching a USB with movies or pictures was not available. Homerun. We were looking for a place close to Oakland but not in Oakland. Headed to opening day!! It worked great for us.

I could have given it a five,if not only one of your receptionist was not that friendly and smiling!I guess the first thing that a receptionist should do is offer a smile,ni matter what her personal issue are or not.
