Overall the stay was okay. I did however had to make a run at night and there was a random man in the back looking in cars and trying to get into the hotel through the rear doors. That was a little unsettling. Also, the backdoors were dirty, the AC's in the hallways were really dusty, and the check in staff forgot to inform us that there would be no cookware or utensils in the room. After speaking with one of my friends, apparently these items have to be specially requested.

room service was not provided everyday. for example if I needed more towels I had to take them to the front desk for an exchange.

Great family stay for the value!! It was good stay for my family. We had everything we needed and great packaging when I asked for all the items on the card at front desk like coffee maker etc... Close to Luckys supermarket. We cooked spaghetti and was asked what floor we wanted. We got pool view!!! They also had a dishwasher.

Yes I will recommend the hotel but the support staff should have some information about the near by communication means
Family Getaway - Mini Vacation The hotel was nice and there was plenty of room for myself and my kids. We went to kind of have some time away from home, but not too far from home. We had a nice time and the room was perfect for what we went for.
