There was no one to check me in at 8pm. Condition was so-so

The rooms and beds were comfortable but very basic accommodations-simple beds and linens, minimal toiletries provided. There was a kitchenette in each room but no utensils or plates/cups to be able to use it. Limited coffee breakfast with a few packaged snack items. Customer service was fine but staff was not overly friendly. Check in process was long and a little complicated as they asked for ID from everyone staying in the room.
