me and my boyfriend went to portland for 2 days and the extended stay america suite was perfect. very quiet and relaxing. room was exactly what the pictures online showed. they make it as homey as possible. including a fridge, a stove/oven, a microwave , a sink, a queen size bed, a nice bathroom and a nice view from our room. would 100% recommend to anyone not from around the area. very comfortable and great!!

Great manager response to unfortunate circumstance The first room we were assigned at check in was in terrible condition and reaked of cigarette smoke. I spoke with the counter person, and the manager, and they were able to reassign us to another room that was spotless. The beds are hard and the sheets were rough, but with medical & dietary restrictions, having the kitchen when I travel is a must.
Great stay, graduation gathering- multiple rooms. The rooms are very clean with everything you need, we had a refrigerator and cook top, very handy! Beds are comfy and staff was professional and accommodating. I booked several rooms for my family for a graduation and everything was exactly as promised. We will use this hotel again whenever we are in the area.

Everything is great
Room was nice except I think a herd of elephants rented the room above me. Disappointed no hair dryer or coffee maker in room. States breakfast included but don't really consider instant oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars as breakfast. Won't be staying here again, really disappointed that Quality Inn was turned into apartments!
