No room service at all

Checked in to find out the king size room i booked did not have a tv. They offered me a different room with a smaller bed at the same price. The manager blamed Expedia and told me i was wasting their time. The manager was extremely rude. I paid for a king, got a queen and the tv didnt work in that room either. Expedia would not refund me so i could go to another hotel. Using a 3rd party can get you in a bind. The guests were shady, a lot of drugs in and around the hotel. I learned more about travel in one night staying at this place than I have in over 50 years anywhere else. If you ever get a room near the lobby or the front of the building, insist on a room change. Lucky if I slept 2 hours because all you heard all night was the lobby security door opening and closing every time someone came and went. EVERY TIME. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life. We chose this hotel for convenience as it is just outside of the airport and was rated well. We only need to sleep for a little bit and shower and hit the road. We flew in at midnight. At check the hotel it self has an odd smell. Not necessarily “bad” but not pleasant. Maybe old or stale, unpleasant. When we walked in this room it smelled like a 12 year old boy’s gym bag. Awful. Room reeked of cigarettes, shower was dirty. Wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 1 night

I had rented multiple rooms in multiple hotels as my son was graduating college and we had friends and family, driving and flying in. We get to the hotel so i can pay for the two rooms and they oversold the hotel and said we have nothing for you. This staff and hotel are terrible
