Do not stay here! the hotel was disgusting. The desk clerk was outside smoking with other guests when we arrived and left the desk unmanned. The room smelled like pet urine, and was dirty. The area was sketchy. Do not stay here!

Brand new hotel but its so sketchy place There were bunch of guys drinking and smoking outside. And it looks like most guests are homeless and doing drugs. We stayed 4 days here and 3 days of those had a police came over and one of those days, they arrested a guy. The place doesn’t look safe but because it’s brand new hotel, its clean and looks nice.

We came in late after a day of driving and the entire property was locked and the front desk was locked up. Literally a door was locked over the desk, and the lights were off in the lobby. I’ve never seen a closed lobby in a large hotel before, and it was very weird. There was a phone that we had to call to get someone to come “down” (I don’t know where else a front desk person goes during their shift) and open the front desk and check us in. Wrong charges We were charged an extra fee which we were never informed we would be having to pay when we booked - we paid the tax twice!

Had to pay a daily fee for towels. Had to check out a hair dryer. Kitchen but no plates or utensils. Tv service out the first day no cable no coffee in the morning
