Worst Check-In Experience Ever!!!! When I got there to check in front desk was closed and door was locked!!! So I couldn’t check in!!! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to let me check In. As I was doing this there were several homeless people that was obviously on drugs moving in with like 8 black trash bags full of stuff and had two dogs with them which one almost bite me as the tried to pass me. Terrible 0/10 Terrible experience. No one at front desk, called # on sign to check in. Was told they would be “right down” to check us in. Waited over 2 hours (called more than 1x during the wait as well). Sketchy ass part of town. Is a hotel where several people rent to live and just not a good crowd. Did not feel safe. Not any regular basic hotel amenities, extra charge for everything. Don’t be like me and think “it can’t be that bad”. Read the reviews, they do not lie. Would rather sleep in my car in a safer area.

I wasn’t told when I checked in that $100 will be held on my credit card for the room. The money won’t be available for 5-7 days and I needed that money to get my RV My Home out of the repair shop!

Arrived around 10pm, had to call a number for someone to come down and let us in the lobby and check us in! filthy floors and hallways with garbage, broken glass and other items! At the elevator a lady came out of it smoking a cigarette! stains on all the furniture, terrible smell in the room

Sleepless Nights I was traveling with my pregnant wife as we’re relocating for my job. Let me start off by saying the hotel/ room is pet friendly which sold us on the hotel as we were carting a dog and 2 cats 2,000 miles from “home.”However, the trip turned sour when we found out how thin the ceiling was. We didn’t get informed about the room damage until we were at the front desk around 7:30 pm. No more room for us. They called me at 6:30 pm but didn’t leave any message. We could end up with no place to stay for the night. The lobby is like gated prison where there’re so many doors to open, one after the other.
