Hotel called me 3 days before check in and told me they were cancelling my reservation. Very unprofessional. Will not book again.
not what i thought it was based upon picture I would not recommend this hotel. daughter and i felt unsafe the moment we drove up. people smoking and hanging out in the front was unsavory. walked in the first door to lobby and was blown away by the marijuna smell then got into lobby and checkin was closed and had to call the phone to get person down to check us in it was 6:30 pm. room smelled of old body order. was very disappointed
This was really pathetic. Staff was bqd .. we saw even dogs peepee on bed. Cant be worse than this.
Firstly, there is no automatic doors for disabled/handicapped people. So, unless you have a helper or can open the 3 doors just to get to the elevators…good luck. The whole building smells of weed and cigarettes. There is a lot of homeless activity out front and inside the building. The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. There is no cutlery, no dishes, no pans, nothing. You have to pay $30 extra to use them. The beds are HARD AS A ROCK!! When I showed up there were people hanging out out front asking for drugs. Very unsafe feel. Staff was rude. We cancelled and left to stay at another safer hotel.

It’s like a Fort Knox to get into and the gang of colored guys outside the building was very intimidating playing there rap music and the whole place smelled like pot, inside and outside. Towels were either dirty or badly stained

Worst Check-In Experience Ever!!!! When I got there to check in front desk was closed and door was locked!!! So I couldn’t check in!!! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to let me check In. As I was doing this there were several homeless people that was obviously on drugs moving in with like 8 black trash bags full of stuff and had two dogs with them which one almost bite me as the tried to pass me.
