Our apologies on your experience. The Wi-fi system was ruined by a power outage, and required new equipment and a tech to site to fix the Wi-fi. We do appreciate you staying with us, and hope that you give us another chance to earn your business.
First hotel I stayed at that: 1) didn't provide a hair dryer 2) didn't clean your room during your stay 3) asked you to come down during lobby hours to exchange for clean towels do NOT recommend

The property was clean and sanitized. But my booking couldn’t be found and had to go through a lot to finally get a room
Good long term hotel, but FRONT DESK CLOSES EARLY I got there about 10:30pm, only to find that the front desk closed at 10:00, so I had to pick up the “emergency phone” and call some corporate number and navigate a bunch of ridiculous menus. After about 5-10, the manager came down and helped. HE was a very nice and wonderful, helpful guy, and I know it wasn’t his fault, but if I had known the stupid front desk closed at 10:00pm, I would have booked somewhere else, and next time I will. The hotel was very new and clean. The check in was a hassle and the rooms amenities did not work properly though. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Never will I recommend the place The room was clean but I had to buy pots pans plates utensils from front desk which I didn’t know....my room was constantly smelling of smoke coming into the room from the air conditioner vent...people use the stoop outside of room 103 to smoke, early in the morning till late at night. I am asthmatic that was why I paid for no smoking room. I paid for comfort and I got less then that. Staffs at the front was never available and rude

I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I major in hotel management so I know what i am talking about. Before booking, I figured that the hotel would be a great choice. Affordable, close to the airport, and its new so it must be in good condition. Was I wrong. When I arrived I wasnt able to get early check in. Which is cool, understandable.
