Above Average at Best. My day was pretty basic. I work a lot so I was not at the hotel except to sleep and then get up and go back to work. The service was above average. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely nice and welcoming. The condition of the hotel is not the best and I understand that due to the situation here in Portland, there are, some not so typical guests at times so I don’t hold that against the hotel. Had a nice patio, but had not been cleaned in months

I asked for dishes to be brought to my room like they advertise everywhere in the property, and I had to go to the desk to get them, and when I got them I asked for two place settings and a pan. What I got was 2 plates, 2 cups, a pot, and a spatula and was told they had no silverware, or pans, and the dishes I did get were dirty. Also, there was a lot of yelling and slamming coming from a room down the hall. Oh ya, and the doors are super light so they slam shut if you don't hold it until it closes. Not cool.
