convenient location in Hillsboro, Oregon stayed multiple times now, never disappoints ... close to amenities ... definitely a reliable lodging scenario when i am in the area

Great location! Central to many things! Easy to get to places! Friendly counter staff members. Could work on checking the whole premises for trash...eg stairwell & laundry room. Coin machine for laundry on each floor would help out as well.

Nice location Wide selection of foods and convenient shopping mall across the street. The breakfast quality can be improved by giving milk and some fruits.

Upon arrival! The rooms are fairly clean found 3 Dead roaches and the plumbing was pretty messed up wasn't able to flush the toilet in the room. Continental breakfast was just granola bars they apparently ran out of muffins and the coffee was cold. But other than that everything else went pretty smooth.

Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay at this hotel again. The only thing was that when I checked in the staff didn’t tell me that the room keys deactivated if you carry it near your phone.

Price quoted did not include housekeeping. We even had to go to front desk with used towels to turn them in for fresh towels. Had to go to front desk for TOILET PAPER. Had to haul trash out to hotel bin. I also want to add that this hotel is the first hotel I've ever been to that turned us away at 2:00 pm and told us to return at 3:00 for check-in. The hotel did not appear to be full.

Will not stay here again Room was clean and front desk staff very nice. However, outside the non-smoking room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. No problems getting the room reassigned, but the second room had a strong smoke smell coming out the bathroom vents. There are no amenities outside of 2 bars of soap and small shampoo. No dishes, glasses, spoon, forks, napkins, nothing. No dish washing soap. You need to bring everything. TV has Showtime, but it was a really lousy signal.
