Patty at the front desk is amazing. She was helpful, thoughtful, i called more than once to confirm information about propery polocy and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful both times. When i arrived she greeted me and knowing my daughter had just had surgery and i was alone, offered us help with our bags. Conversely, whomever the young lady was who worked the evening front desk shift insisted she could not accommodate my request for utensils and cups unless I came to the front desk for them.
