My fiancé and I stayed here as we were visiting family in the Portland area. This place is not great. The tv did not work, the bed was very uneven it felt like someone had laid on on side for a long time. The air conditioning smelled dusty, and the toilet did not flush. It’s definitely in your budget if that’s what you’re going for but don’t expect anything good. We stayed in room 124 for reference

Terrible experience, my vacation ruined, water dripping from bath ceiling at night, bathroom floor flooded with dirty water from top of it. No room service, they tried to provide other room but that was so dirt and smells like anything could not take breadth, only thing they told they can refund and stay free, family needed to move to another hotel

The hotel stunk, the wifi keep cutting out. They only had snacks and coffee for breakfast. i stayed 3 days and not once did I get room service.

You get what you pay for. We chose this property because of its location and cost. Lesson learned. We had to wait *a while* for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. There were no plastic cups in the bathroom- I understand at an extended stay you can request items for the kitchenette- but there should be cups in the bathroom. The shower itself did not have hot water, the water pressure was low and it didn’t drain properly. The fan in the bathroom was chock full of lint and dirt. Just gruesome. Not at all a clean facility. Smoke stained bathroom counter top. Hallway rug was dirty, debris all over the outside parking lot. People sleeping in their cars in parking lot. Went to leave this am and someone had thrown their clothes throughout the hallway. Room had a fuse panel hanging off the wall. Bed was comfortable.

Extended Stays Of America Sucks! This was the worst stay we’ve ever experienced in our entire lives! Dirty rags from previous customers in our room, old food on the floor, paying extra for our internet to work, getting a rollaway bed that looked like someone took a huge crap in the middle of! People pounding on doors all night! The only positive thing was the overworked older front counter woman. Who did her best to make things as well as she could! This place SUCKED!!!
