Extended Stays Of America Sucks! This was the worst stay we’ve ever experienced in our entire lives! Dirty rags from previous customers in our room, old food on the floor, paying extra for our internet to work, getting a rollaway bed that looked like someone took a huge crap in the middle of! People pounding on doors all night! The only positive thing was the overworked older front counter woman. Who did her best to make things as well as she could! This place SUCKED!!!

From the minute we arrived, we knew it was a mistake. Lobby was dirty & unkept. Hallway carpets smelled like dogs & urine. Room they assigned already had an occupant. No other rooms available. Large orange 'condemned' sign on the room next to purs. We felt very unsafe. Promised to refund us the 5 days we paid for, never did. Had to dispute with credit card company.

We stay here once a month. Never a problem till this weekend. Mold in the shower curtain. Tv remote channel up &down button didn't work, snd tv adjustment was broken so it could be adusted for a different angle. Then some man tried to get me to help him while i was leaving this morning. Scary because i think he was staying there. He waited until my partner lert then approached my car.

Room was dirty with broken furniture and was first given a room with someone already in there. Very noisy and smelled terrible

Paper thin walls The place had a certain smell. Very thin walls so be prepared to hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door (and above).

I booked this place for my boyfriend dog and I after flying all day. We got to the property, let my dog to go pee and there was needles in the parking lot, my boyfriend went in and checked in and said the lobby had an awful smell. We got to the room and as I do everywhere I stay I check sheets/ sinks: tub and toilet and it was all dirty. There was a bogger on the bed frame and pee on the toilet seat. Lady at front desk was lovely though.

Elevator was out of order for multiple days. Hallways leading to rooms are very dirty - food and pet hair on the floor. Staff was friendly upon checking in but could be heard loudly complaining about costumers the next morning.

There is no hot breakfast as advertised. The hotel and guest rooms need a lot of work, kinda falling apart.
