Seemed really rundown & there were tons of shady characters around the building. Apparently customers treat the place horribly so the hotel doesn’t provide anything unless you ask for it. We won’t be staying here again

Got to the property and waited forever to check in. Finally called the hotel and spoke to staff who were away from the desk. She was working short. Then got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. So because she was working short, we offered to get the bedding and make the bed ourselves. Obviously short staffed here in reception and housekeeping. Otherwise I think it would have been fine.

Booked a king bed room and got put into a double bed room and not even 2 queens they were just small beds. Lady at the desk said they were fully booked and would not give me the room i paid for. I told her i would not pay the price of a king for a less valuible room and wanted the bill adjusted to that kind of a room rate, i do give her credit as she did lower the bill to accommodate. Overall it was a dissapointment as we did not get the room we booked and got shoved into a lower value room but they were clean at least
