Last time for everything Room was not ready until 3:00PM but we returned and checked into a dirty room at 3:30PM Then went out to family and returned at 9:25PM into the same dirty room. Was told the cleaning staff had gone for the day. Changed room that had a smoker in it. Large stain on floor. No soap, etc. AC was loud and not controllable. I have been told, when the Manager is available, Tuesday they will issue a free night stay??? Why was a Manager not available?

Very poorly maintained hotel This hotel is a total exception to the usual standard for this hotel chain. It had a lingering foul smell throughout the hotel and a general state of disrepair and uncleanliness.

Extended Stay - less than enjoyable My wife and I found the hotel carpets stained, the chairs in the room torn, the room also smelled like cigarettes. We didn't expect a lot for the low price but we did expect clean. We didnt get it.

Bare bones Caters to men on job assignments. Does not go past meeting basic needs. Soap and a towel in the bathroom only. Room and linen cleaned once a week for longer stays.

Dirty room - never stay there again! the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Had requested and got a "non-smoking" room. Wi-fi is not complementary, but it should be in tis hotel category! Room smelled badly of smoke - the next day our clothes all smelled as we were heavy smokers! Very bad! There was no other room available. Behind lounge chair we found empty bottles and cigarette butts. When we complained about this the next morning the guy at front desk didn't care at all. Bed Bugs, Dirty, and Rude Staff I checked into the hotel and found it to be very run down. Went to my room and found it to be dirty. Furthermore there were mites in my bed. I immediately terminated my stay with this property. The manager was quite indignant of the problems and was quite rude to me because i wished to leave. Beware of this hotel!!

Most uncomfortable beds ever! The room seemed fairly nice overall except for the fact that the mattresses were extremely firm and I was unable to sleep comfortably. It was so bad that I considered paying for a second room at another hotel. When I asked the hotel staff for extra padding for my bed they did try to accommodate me (although it did little to help) and they also acknowledged that I was not alone in my complaint with the mattress. My parents were with me also on this trip and I will say that they had no complaints.... read more

Would stay in a different room This hotel is in an excellent location to several shopping areas. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. I traveled at night and was hard to see the sign from the road. The room has a full refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner range and sink. My biggest complaint was the room smelled, possibly from the cooking that took place in the room. For families that are looking for a place that is close to shopping and the beach, this may be a good choice.
