Average at best. Slow check in, clerk looked very unprofessional, phone ringing off the hook, no smile, no thank you, no shampoo, no cups/glasses in room.

What's up with these rooms that don't have plugs for the bathtub, anyway? They don't have coffee in the rooms. When I checked in there was a coffee machine in the lobby. But when I checked out the next day , it's not there. They had already put it up for the day. Really?

The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but the exterior stairway, walkways and under stair trash area was sorely in need of cleaning.

Nice Clean Hotel Nice clean hotel and no issues with the property. One caveat emptor, the check-in closes at 11 PM. My flight arrived late and I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM. Sign on lobby said they were closed. Eventually found a phone and the night employee came to check me in. I called in advance to say I would be late but there was no record left for the night employee. Instructions on what to do would have been appreciated in on the Hotels.com site.
