My only complaint was I went out looking for coffee at 5am, came back and my room card was deactivated.

Nicholas and Carrie were helpful and pleasant. I liked this location and I believe the pricing was fair. The phone was usually answered reasonably as well. I would advise the property to include more breakfast options if possible.
The one thing I really enjoyed about this property in Tigard, is the front desk lead, Kathy. She was very helpful and took good care of me. It was nice to have super customer service from her on my trip. The only down side of the property was that it was not as clean (all-around) as one would hope. Mostly the grounds are kind of messy and look like they have not been cleaned much in the month. Thanks.

Average at best. Slow check in, clerk looked very unprofessional, phone ringing off the hook, no smile, no thank you, no shampoo, no cups/glasses in room.

What's up with these rooms that don't have plugs for the bathtub, anyway? They don't have coffee in the rooms. When I checked in there was a coffee machine in the lobby. But when I checked out the next day , it's not there. They had already put it up for the day. Really?
