I feel that a hotel needs to have a great compimentry breakfast in the morning and have it up to at least 11 am. Not all people wake early. Renting at a hotel isnt cheep, so i feel it's fare. Its sometimes harder for older people to have to take their luggage up the stairs, which was hard for me. I feel that should be looked at, at hotels.

Property is worn and needs both repairs and renovations. Cigarette smoke smell is pervasive. “Lost” people knocking on doors at 2:00 AM. No apparent security.

Terrible over all. The shampoo bottle was over half way used. The sheets were dirty. The service was terrible.

After being recommended by Travelocity as being clean, the first room smelled of cat urine EXTREMELY bad. That front desk staff was helpful in finding a room that didn't smell, all though this was after we had to wait for one to be cleaned.
