We were assigned our room. We went there open the door and the room was trashed. Towels and garbage all over the place. Load the luggage back in the car and go to main office. Both myself and my son are disabled and require a main floor. We were told they had no other rooms and ours would be ready in 30 minutes. Booked this property because I had had a good experience with it's sister property in San Jose. But I ended up checking out immediately and stayed elsewhere. The carpet in the lobby was sticky, there were construction workers and random people loitering all over the property even at 8pm, and my room was extremely dirty. Crumbs and debris all over the table and carpet, and the bedspread was covered in bleach stains. Dirty Room - Cancelled but was still charged I checked in to my room late on Sunday for a work trip and it was filthy. The toilet was coated in diarrhea, there were dirty socks on the bed, and ants on the counters. I spoked to the woman who had checked me in and told her I would be going down the road to another hotel. She apologized and told me that I would "not be charged a dime," but my card was just charged for the full stay and the hotel has not replied to my messages.

Will never stay at this chain again Room not ready At 3pm. Had to wait almost an hour. Room was filthy. Fitted sheet on bed kept popping off while we slept waking us constantly. No implements in kitchen.no coffee pot. Bathtub disgusting. Employees screamed at each other.

there was no shower curtain, the bathroom light fixture broke in the middle of the night, there were no trash cans, and the whole room was not properly cleaned. they were short staffed that day and we had to wait almost an hour after check in to get our keys, due to the rooms still being cleaned.
