Dront desk was polite but the first room we checked into was still dirty from the last guests with unmade beds and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Very disappointed. The front desk agent checked us into another room and everything was fine after that but overall unhappy with stay.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The check in took almost 45 minutes, first the card is no good to open the door, next the room has not been cleaned yet after last guest check out, then the third room is also not cleaned yet. So in total, I made three trips to the office and carried luggage to two different buildings and the rooms were all in upstairs (there's no elevator in this establishment). Unclean room upon check-in. We were accommodated with a room change. The second one was better but still gross. The floor was so dirty you could not walk from shower to bed without washing feet again. So much dust it made me medically ill. The lamp was falling apart and likely a fire hazard. Great location...but Very sketchy front desk help. Took 2 days to get silverware & 2 bowls for kitchenette. Totally understaffed. Banged on door twice demanding checkout, when paid for 2 nights & was assured we could stay in the same room. Very rude man!
