Liked: Check in reception staff was very pleasant & professional. There were quite a few issues in the room but staff was very apologetic & accepting of the concerns, and tried to resolve a few, promised to give some discount as they couldn’t move us to another room due to being fully booked. Tried to check in past midnight after paying for a room, and they refused to let me check in and refused to refund my money. I paid for a room that they wouldn't let me use.

Trash around the stairwells, stains and spills on the concrete, shopping carts parked under the stairs. Checkin poorly executed by the staff. Interior room space passable but only barely. Damaged wall surface, remote for media didn't work, chips in bath tub. Never again

Bed was hard, floors were dirty , bathroom was dirty. Women’s intimate clothes were on dresser. I was told they were having issues with hiring cleaning people. The room also heavily smelled like smoke.

We started in the first room and the bed fell apart within seconds of touching it and the room reeked of cigarettes so the moved us next door. The door would not open properly. You had to keep trying the door and literally slam into it over and over until it opened from the second they checked us in.
