Of all the hotels that I’ve stayed, I was not provided a receipt after I checked in, not so happy about it. I payed for 2 rooms for 2 days. We decided to checked out after 1 night stay after paying for 2 nights.

Would not recommend. The room had gross visible stains that should have been able to be removed that just weren’t. All the pathways to rooms were dirty and could have been solved with a broom. Then the staff, the gentlemen at the front desk said about five words to me after me waiting in the lobby 5 minutes with no one in sight. It was all honestly so bad we didn’t end up staying there, even with our non refundable hotel.

Motel was seedy. Needed proper cleaning, lamps didn't work or had no light bulbs, advertisement say "breakfast included" but there was no breakfast ... no even vending machine food that was supposed to be in lobby. Then there was the "disturbance" that generated an apology to us when we checked out saying "sorry about all the yelling earlier." Do NOT believe what is advertised; do NOT use this motel.

Liked: Check in reception staff was very pleasant & professional. There were quite a few issues in the room but staff was very apologetic & accepting of the concerns, and tried to resolve a few, promised to give some discount as they couldn’t move us to another room due to being fully booked. Tried to check in past midnight after paying for a room, and they refused to let me check in and refused to refund my money. I paid for a room that they wouldn't let me use.

Trash around the stairwells, stains and spills on the concrete, shopping carts parked under the stairs. Checkin poorly executed by the staff. Interior room space passable but only barely. Damaged wall surface, remote for media didn't work, chips in bath tub. Never again
