Disappointing Didn't have the room ready It's a nice place if they actually have the room you booked ready.. this happens often . Show up and no room ready.. it's now 3:07 pm we got here at 245pm.. check-in at 3 ..

Bad When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told by staff “we may not have a room available for you since we only had 2 house cleaners today the rooms didn’t get cleaned”. After waiting 20 minutes for them to figure out if they had a room available for us they finally stuck us in a double Queen room when we booked a king suite! Do not stay here My stay started off poorly from the moment I went to check in the very first day and it got worse as the days progressed. The only positive part of the stay was the front end attendant Vanessa. I had two bad experiences with a man who claimed to be the Assistant General Manager. Fair The options for breakfast are slim and whatever pre packaged muffins they have are really dry and hard to eat. I liked that it was really clean and spacious.

Confusion and incompetence with no wifi communications to the outside world. When arriving it took the lady ten minutes to come to the front. Then she couldn't find me in the reservations (Booking.com) even though I was showing her my confirmation email on my phone. She called corporate, put on hold, she walked away came back 5 minutes later with no resolution. She finally ended up giving me a room, but it was a single king and I originally had 2 queens. It was descent if I just “had to stay” in again! Has to wait about 15minutes to check in so lady ahead of us could run around parking lot trying to find her debit card. Nor sure why she wasn’t ask to come back when she got it together. Room temperature would not allow it to get cool. Stayed hot our whole stay. Asked for extra pillows and Commodities. Didn’t get either. Got 1 soap, 1 shampoo. Freshly renovated!!
