Not a great hotel. Had to have them come and re-clean my bathroom as there was mold in the shower and toothpaste splatter on the floor in the entry. (They did come). Front desk wasn’t super professional, usually out back or on their phone. Elevator was broken the entire time (4 day stay) so you had to walk to the edges and no urgency or concern. Everything was good
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. It was very loud and room are not sound proof at all. Outdoor area needed an uplift.

No not spotless. They don't sweep under the beds and the shower was not clean. But besides that everything was excellent.

Staff members were so helpful and supportive. Love the room anything that u need it was there, but it needs a little more pay attention to details when cleaning the place.

Very clean
We were there for 2weeks and the elevator only worked for 2 days

We have been here for 17 days and the elevator has been out 15 days and they have no idea when it will be fixed. we are on the 4th floor with a dog and it is super inconvenient
