first room assigned was very dirty, toilet was dirty full of shi!! and personnel seemed upset because they had to switch the room

The room was clean and quiet and the location was good. However, we faced some issues. The staff was often unavailable when we needed help, the water server was broken, and there was no coffee at breakfast. We plan to stay at a different hotel next time.
