Check in was a little bit of a mess. Room was a basic room. Upset that it is half the price tomorrow. It’s a Monday and cheaper on a weekend - little disappointed

I barely saw any staff. The toiletries were minimal. No hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. There were sheet piles outside of the room when I checked in in the afternoon outside most of the rooms and they remained there until I checked out the next day. The selection for breakfast was a joke.

I went to check in at five p.m. and was told that I had already checked in and checked out. I was like WHY would I have done that on the same day? Showed my confirmation number from Travelocity and they told me my room had already been rebooked. Not my problem. The redirected me to a room with two beds. I paid for ONE QUEEN BED. My friend and I got to the room to drop off my luggage and go out to eat and shop, but before we did we noticed that there was no remote in the room. The sheets were dirty with blood stains. It was not clean… The front desk lady was very nice!!!
