Sounds coming from microwave or vent area all night long, could not sleep.

Property was sterile feeling. Breakfast was lack luster. What was offered did not reflect the price

Under no circumstances should you choose this property. We were very disappointed with the staff and the room. No coffee pot, no hot water, no glasses, and no utensils even though it is advertised as a kitchenette room.

The bathroom and kitchen counter had hair all over the place, toilet wasn’t clean . Won’t be going back.

Uncleaned Linens, Cockroaches in the bathroom, bad smell in the room, no amenities like shampoo/soap etc.

I had the worst checkin that a person can have For some reason they have to take a company of my passport, which is creepy. When I asked why, the front desk lady reply was offensive and aggressive. I still want to know why they took a pic of my passport ID. They already blocked money from my CC. Another thing, usually I get a receipt after my checkout, I didn’t get one from them.!

The property although 3 years old looks brand new. It is clean and well kept and near the airport. The night staff Gwen, is unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed that a bunch of Asians checked in the middle of the night. No good evening or welcome to ESA! Smiling seemed to be not on her diary! Her morning counterpart is even worse, Jessie, who claimed to be the manager. We asked for late check out since we checked in late and he denied. We had several rooms occupied and asked for even just one room so we can hold a family prayer b... read more
