Staff was friendly but not very forthcoming with any information about parking, dining or any amenities. Breakfast, even for continental was sparse, oatmeal packets and granola bars. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom water pressure for shower and toilet were weak. Water for shower took a long time to heat up.

Bed was comfortable and the room was fine. The amenities were a bit lacking. The pool was a typical indoor hotel pool with a lot of chlorine. The gym was ok, although there was no water or AC in there so we could not stay long. The breakfast was grab and go and was a bit lacking as well, mostly sugary carbs. They really need to have water and coffee accessible 24 hours.

When we arrived they were very busy. However, we were given an unfinished room, and waited and extra 45 minutes to get our room. The poor lady that was trying to clean our room kept apologizing. It was not her fault. Other than that very convenient location to Cleveland.

Was a nice clean place to stay. The bathroom was quite small (a few inches of clearance between the bathroom door and the toilet). The room was very roomy. Regular size refrigerator and a hot plate for cooking. Grab and Go breakfast. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am they were quick to have that silenced. Lots of noise coming from the hallway.

It was a nice hotel and room. There was no restaurant as stated in the listing but there were other restaurants close by. When I first arrived, I went to plug in my computer on the table and the legs collapsed. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately had someone bring a replacement.
