Gateway to Cleveland The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. We liked that there was no carpet floor. On the down side, we asked a room for 2 peoples but there was only one armchair and one office chair, it was difficult to use them with the desk or the table, which was rather like a corner table.

Staff was friendly but not very forthcoming with any information about parking, dining or any amenities. Breakfast, even for continental was sparse, oatmeal packets and granola bars. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom water pressure for shower and toilet were weak. Water for shower took a long time to heat up.

Bed was comfortable and the room was fine. The amenities were a bit lacking. The pool was a typical indoor hotel pool with a lot of chlorine. The gym was ok, although there was no water or AC in there so we could not stay long. The breakfast was grab and go and was a bit lacking as well, mostly sugary carbs. They really need to have water and coffee accessible 24 hours.
