Darnell and other staff there are great there but this one guy Scott with horrible customer service skills should be fired

The desk woman was very rude to me they didn't have the room i reserved the elevator was down so we couldn't get to a room just horrible had to find another hotel at 9 in the evening

This hotel is a joke! Has a ugly smell in rooms! There also Very Dirty, has roaches, rude staff, and there’s no breakfast! & Elevator didn’t work!

Staff great. Room couldn’t keep a consistent temp. Bed was horrible people in jail probably sleep on better.

The room they gave me was dirty it was never clean from the previous person. I went back to the desk they gave me another room same issue so the girl at the desk told me oh do you want to check out so I checked out?
