What I didn't like was that outside the hotel there was a bad smell of plumbing very close to the main entrance.

Room smelt like mold. Terrible bathroom and overall cleanliness. Would never stay again. Both elevators out of service causing an issue getting the the third floor.

I would never ever stay here ever again. And I probably wouldn't ever stay at an Extended Stay ever again.

Dirty. Absent staff. I habe never seen so much dust on rolling chairs in my life. Along with a cockroach and two dead bugs on the wall. Couldnt discuss at checkout since there was no one at the desk. I waited almost 10 minutes.

Its not for tourist to stay. This my first time I complain about my stay, the room its been empty for long time, smell terrible, the sink in the bathroom was clog and toilet bowl not working properly. The elevator out of service and the customer service not friendly and helpful. Overall I really regret booked this hotel. I want half of my money back!

I didn't like that the elevator broke down, there's no ice machine, no daily house keeping & there was a roach in my room.... When told about the roaches the manager was very apologetic, the other staff was polite as well.....
